Seated Hospitality: Restaurant Training Packages

  • We start with talking with you to understand your goals and assess what you’ve got (if that’s nothing that’s ok!).
  • We’ll organize and structure your existing materials or create new, user-friendly content from the ground up, including onboarding, food safety, and customer service basics.
  • We’ll develop custom role specific training materials
  • We can integrate everything into your existing LMS (if needed or we can provide pen to paper materials). We manage this for you!
  • We implement your new training program with your team, making sure they are confident in the new system and are ready to develop new hires
  • Plus, we’re always here for ongoing support to help with anything that comes up.

  • We’ll evaluate your current program and provide suggestions for improvements (and of course what is already great!).
  • We’ll streamline and restructure your materials so they’re easier to use and focus on your non negotiables.
  • We’ll create custom role specific training materials (if needed).
  • We will use your current LMS platform or suggest a more efficient one for your needs with implementation support.
  • You can always connect with us for ongoing support for as long as you need it with weekly and monthly check ins and training support through maintaining your LMS for you!

  • We’ll update your existing training materials regularly to reflect menu changes, new promotions, or operational adjustments.
  • We’ll handle all the details to keep everything up to date—no consulting services included here, just smooth management.
  • Any consulting packages can be added to this if you would like additional services.

  • We’ll create training for all your FOH roles, from servers to hosts, tailored to your specific needs.
  • We’ll make sure your onboarding materials are fully aligned with your brand and operational goals.
  • We can provide the training team with the opening training program that will vary slightly from the day to day training protocols. Again, all of this is custom created for you and implementation support is always available. 
  • We’ll provide ongoing support after the launch to ensure your team stays on track and successful.We’ll update your existing training materials regularly to reflect menu changes, new promotions, or operational adjustments.
