"Hi, I’m Lauren! With over 20 years in the restaurant industry, I’ve developed a true passion for hospitality training. I've worked my way from Greeter, to Server & Bartender as well as Assistant GM. I have successfully opened multiple high volume restaurants and developed a diverse range of training protocols tailored to various types of establishments. I believe that investing in your people through a solid training program is just as important as the food itself. I always say that leadership sets the tone for the success of the entire team and that Servant-Leadership is the best practice for employees to feel empowered & valued.
After working with a restaurant focused LMS, I saw a real need for consulting services, which led to the creation of Seated Hospitality. It was a no brainer that my Partner, Abby and I, start something that she and I believed in. We are a team that can deliver on our promises and the quality of our products. When I’m not working on training content, my husband and I are chasing after our 4 year old, twin 2 year olds (yes, I said twins!), and our Pitbull Maddox. Abby is a former educator who is incredibly Type A and finds immense joy in turning mundane information into something beautiful & engaging. She's spent almost a decade doing design work with a Restaurant focused LMS, where she met Lauren. Together, they're a powerhouse in creating content for clients. She's the BOH to Lauren's FOH. When she's not designing all the things, you can find her raising two kiddos in their southern small town.
